What you get
A speech transcript with timestamps when the model returns them. Copy plain text, or export TXT and sentence-grouped SRT subtitles timed from the model's speech segments.
How it works
Your browser prepares the audio track, then sends the audio to Cloudflare Workers AI for transcription. This tool caps the source file and converted audio payload at 20 MiB each. Cloudflare currently allows up to 100 MB request bodies on its Free plan; the tool uses a smaller app-side cap. Video is converted to audio in your browser before upload. No account or transcript history is created.

Can I transcribe a video saved from Instagram?
Yes. Save the video to your device, then upload the file above. This tool transcribes speech in the audio track.
Does this create SRT subtitles?
It groups word-level timestamps into sentence-sized captions. Timing comes from the speech model and may need a quick review.
Is an Instagram transcript the same as captions?
No. This tool recognizes spoken audio. It does not read text shown on screen or recover existing Instagram captions.
Why does the first run take longer?
The audio must upload and be processed by the speech model. Time varies with file length, connection, and service availability.
